The District 4-checker tournament held in Lexington, NC, November 6-7, noted for their camaraderie and home cooking, and Betty and I believe they surpassed their hospitality this year. The delicious food prepared by Mrs. Frances McClintock (photo left), and fellowship that was present throughout the two-day tournament lacked nothing to be desired. There were twenty participants registered for the tournament this year, their names are listed below: |
